The police probably may took 20 minutes to get there because she probably called after they were gone and she told the dispatcher as much. So the cops probably got a description and searched the immediate area then went to her. 🤷🏾♂️

@realCurtAdams @hartgoat He said the signature on her license did not match what she did at all. She refused to sign it which would prove she was notified and that it was actually her he was dealing with. The only other way is to arrest and finger print. Although her writing line was on Body camera.
