@Jerwolfe This is a 40 year chart so it represents even more than that imo. I think we have systematically dismantled policies that support the prosperity of young people in this country.

@krassenstein This is another misleading set of statements from RFK. He is intentionally refusing to discuss confounding variables including age, obesity, and comorbid disease. Also, many of these poorer countries had significant underreporting of cases and deaths due to poor public health.

@elonmusk Maybe we should support policies that actually make it easier for young people to raise families. I have to say that neither candidate has a real plan on this issue.

Please don’t feed newborns meat. Can someone @CommunityNotes her please?.
New evidence-based dietary guidelines for feeding infants from birth to 24 months old recommend meat as an ideal first food . My baby loves Tomahawk 😂

@EdKrassen Ed, wouldn’t it be better to focus on his policy than whether he’s an alpha male? . Us independents want you all to move on from the past and focus on the future….

@makbtc21 This is not about whether people made money. It’s about corruption from the incoming president. Can anyone tell me who the insiders are?.

@Paul_Ibrah That’s the part that’s most concerning. Choices across 40 years have gotten us here.

Doctors, never fall for this trope. Doctors aren’t bad at business. The business of medicine (as designed today) doesn’t align with the practice of medicine. Doctors, if they lean in, would be 10x better than any random MBA administrator. In 2025, don’t let them put you.
@operationdanish Agreed but it will not happen quickly. Doctors are great at medicine but bad at business… Setting up processes, infrastructure, profit sharing is a huge bottleneck. It’s not bad for hospitals either, remove 3/5 FTE and take doctors off payroll.

@EdKrassen Are legal immigrants stupid for waiting years to get a visa? . To pretend that cutting the line and breaking the law isn’t awful is why the democrats lost so badly. It’s time to reverse course.

@mcuban As a physician and a former AI researcher, physicians’ days are numbered (maybe a couple of decades). Most of our heuristics can be learned quickly. Agree on regulatory barriers, but like self-driving, we will have AI drive the human until we feel comfortable for it to drive.

Just another rich to richer story 😂 . Lets do a quick rewrite:. “Ken Griffin started a hedge fund from his Harvard dorm using today’s equivalent of a million dollars from his rich family. He built a portfolio that made money when volatility was higher and ended up getting crazy.
Fund manager Ken Griffin is worth an insane $40B and has one of the all-time great founders stories in finance:. - Started hedge fund from his college dorm room. - Seeded fund w/ $265k from friends & family . - Initially had just a fax, phone and an IBM PC. - Put a satellite

You’d be surprised by how many of my friends on the left dismissed my predictions of a major Trump victory by saying “Twitter is an echo chamber, it’s not real life” . I hope they now understand, X is real life. Corporate media is a mirage.

Make all the universities pay student loans off from their endowments or they lose their tax exemptstatus. They never should have been non-profits, but we can use that to our advantage.

@paulg Huge fan, but this “regression” is not based on actual evidence. Just a reminder that while Gaussian processes represent lots of inherited traits, intelligence is more complex.
This is patently false. If the original post was true, IQ would naturally “regress” to the mean over generations, which is simply not what’s happening. In fact, the opposite is happening. IQs are going up. Don’t believe everything you read from anon accounts on @X.

People feel price increases, not inflation. Below is the increase in prices over the past 4 years. I believe this will strongly influence how they vote for who runs the country for the next four years. It’s the economy stupid.
🚨 CPI COMES IN HIGHER THAN EXPECTED. Did the Fed cut too fast?. US CPI YoY Actual 2.4% (Forecast 2.3%, Previous 2.5%). US CPI MoM Actual 0.2% (Forecast 0.1%, Previous 0.2%). US Core CPI YoY Actual 3.3% (Forecast 3.2%, Previous 3.2%). US Core CPI MoM Actual 0.3% (Forecast 0.2%,
