You’re gas lighting, or you’re very uninformed. First cuts to wasteful spending and the bloated bureaucracy will be happening at more than just USAID. Second, the tax cuts benefit many more than just the wealthy. Third, they never claimed that this would pay for the entirety of the tax cuts.
