💎About Kaspa founder & dev Yonatan Sompolinsky "It is undeniable that he worked very early on $BTC and was the first to do a security audit on it." 💎About Kaspa Launched in Nov. 2021, Kaspa is an open sourced Layer-1, 100% decentralized & community managed. It uses Block DAG architecture which allows for rapid block rates. Kaspa is based on the energy-efficient kHeavyHash algorithm. There was no pre-mining, no pre-sale, and no coin pre-allocation. Total supply of Kaspa is 28.7 Billion coins with an emission schedule that halves once per year via monthly reductions by a factor of (1/2)^(1/12).
In 2022 I wrote this thread on why I think that $KAS founder Yonatan Sompolinsky (YS) could be Satoshi Nakamoto (SN) How do I think about it today? I still think there’s a good chance he is. But over time I also realized a few other things: 1️⃣ For crypto as a whole it’s better if the identity of SN will never be solved. The reason is because it makes $BTC less attackable. If we like it or not $BTC is the alpha coin and will remain for the foreseeable future. This whole space depends on it. If public knew for sure who SN is then his eventual political views could have a backlash effect on $BTC (even if it doesn’t make sense). This is actually also the only advantage that $BTC has over $KAS over time, however it’s a question if $KAS could have become the success it is with an unknown founder. 2️⃣ The experience level and quality of work on $KAS core contributors is absolutely stellar, regardless of if YS is SN. It is undeniable that he worked very early on $BTC and was the first to do a security audit on it. 3️⃣ I think that $KAS will be the most used crypto payment option one day. Looking at its fundamentals I see it one day fulfilling its role of world wide accepted digital silver. It has the potential to outgrow $BTC in significance over a looooong timeframe (Note that I say „potential“, not „it will“)

@Rose215 @cbcwatcher Only America can control it's inbound traffic at the border. If they are incompetent they can pay Canada to do it for them. Just like all the illegal guns coming into Canada from the U.S can ONLY be stopped at the border by Canadian border agents.

What other coins in existence have ever fit a power law? None, only Bitcoin & Kaspa. Now the power law has failed and Gio can't comprehend the possibility that there's a short term reason for this, which is obvious to so many that are in Kaspa daily. "Time well prove him wrong" is the only answer for ignorance

I never said your attacking the coin. It's about your lack of wanting to understand what's causing the power law to fail at this early stage in Kaspa's life. Something is causing this and if you wanted to understand you would be able to come up with intelligent questions about the hypothesis instead of just calling it absurd

There were no significant futures markets for Bitcoin the first 7 years of its life so comparing the first 7 "organic" years of Bitcoin to Kaspa who has had Binance futures + 5 more for half of its 3-year life already .. massive manipulation and ability to bend the price immensely

A bubble CAN occur with price going up or down. Price suppression is occurring because Tier 1 exchanges are required to purchase and fill their $KAS exchange wallets inorder to spot list Kaspa. These exchanges want to buy at cheap prices and are forcing price down. Great post explaining more 👀👇

So you understand & accept the Bitcoin bubble in its first years but you can't grasp the hypothesis of a bubble in Kaspa's first years. Where would Bitcoin's power law be without liquidity exposure from exchanges like Binance, Coinbase, Okx, Crypto .com? Until these exchanges spot list they will be buying Kaspa to fill their $KAS exchange wallets. Do you understand why they are required to do this? Liquidity exposure from major global exchanges is what's missing from Kaspa's power law, you can't see that this is reasonable to understand?

@VinceGaetano Only America can control / tighten inbound traffic at the border. The U.S is responsible and are only ones that can stop drugs going in. Canada controls inbound from U.S Do ppl understand how borders work?
