Btw, who describes a pro bono representation as “rationalizing” a “sacrifice.” Think about that.
@GreenbridgeLaw wrote this missive. In it, he regales readers about his noble "sacrifice" working as pro bono counsel for @NCIAorg in the rescheduling proceedings and states his disappointment that they are now temporary on hold due to some fairly transparent APA violations by DEA, which in the end, would have made the whole thing void. In all things, it totally fine to have a difference of opinion. But going on offense to write spin pieces let alone about proceedings that are still pending, just to impugn the motives of other parties and lawyers that work hard but simply have a well-thought out and reasoned difference of opinion--and by the way, that is no matter who you are talking about and includes @KevinSabet and @learnaboutsam, who I personally think in some areas do laudable work--is beyond childish and is unproductive. It may give you short term emotional satisfaction but in the long run, most likely holds your constituency back. Certainly, in my experience, it isn't the type of advocacy that gets results and is therefore not the advocacy I aspire to deliver. (20/20)
