Yesterday I figured out why I'm enjoying doing holds less and less.
I have a huge bladder (over 2 litres capacity!) and it takes FOREVER to fill up, and the body can only handle so much fluid going into it😑

This is my longest (by pages) story to date, which may explain why it's taking so long!

Final results of tonight's holding challenge!
I lasted 4 hours, 1 minute, and 15 seconds before I burst, drank about 5 litres of fluid, completed 17 challenges and only dripped once at the end, before finally hitting my target of 4 hours and key-latch syndrome hit! 😅

I finished my regular Sunday evening hold about half an hour ago.
I last peed at 4pm and nearly made it 6 hours! Then again, I had drunk an energy drink, a cup of tea, two coffees, and about 3 litres of juice 🤯
