مطاعم ال fine dining صعب انه تلاقي نجاح كبير بالسعودية نفس دبي على سبيل المثال سوق ضيق ومحدود، لعدة اسباب اهمها الشريحة المستهدفة قليلة للنوع هذا من المطاعم، لان النسبة الاكبر من الارباح تدخل من البار والمشروبات الكحولية وليس الأطباق.
