@TurtlesongFarm The bad news, is that trump and musk are most likely to keep everything with the voting public calm, while they rob America’s treasury blind. Foreign aid, military aid, pure administrative costs, all will fuel the pockets of the new oligarchs. Just like Putin’s playbook.

@GreatLakesFungi Wyandottes are some big ass birds, they will take over and take charge over small breeds. That’s a meat bird to me, not a petite laying hen

@TurtlesongFarm If they successfully take money away from people or prices increase and or stock market falls, they will need to worry about midterms.

@GreatLakesFungi Mine recently died, I found her in the coop, no head, neck eaten to shreds, loss of many feathers, but no breast meat touched. Raccoon? Maybe, there is also a feral cat on the loose, but none could get in without opening the doors.🤔

@TurtlesongFarm Even the banks got bailed out last time, no one would stand for a 30’s style crash, we are off the gold standard, there’s no way it could happen, fdic and ncau are laws not programs. (I have a MS in Econ btw & studied economics history).

@TurtlesongFarm It’s digital currency these days, no need for paper money. Maybe hold on transactions but that’s it. The midterms would swing wildly and impeachments would be likely if such an uproar happened.

@TurtlesongFarm Even without the FDIC, banks can borrow without limit essentially from the fed, and cash will be available, and like I said poor people don’t have much in their accounts to begin with, it will only hurt rich people

@TurtlesongFarm But where do they keep their money? In US dollars that they need to use and spend? And the citizens of the US would allow this?

@TurtlesongFarm That would literally end the US economy, not likely to happen, especially considering that the wealthy have the most to lose
