As my lawyer mentions here, yesterday we asked and received "conditional suspension" of the prison sentence. That does not mean I accept the conviction in any way. The truth is, this conviction is very bad, for me and for the cybersecurity community. We will fight it!.

Exactly 3 years ago was the hearing of my appeal against my “preventative imprisonment”. The three judges heard my defense and prosecution, and then came back with a resolution containing data that was never said in the hearing, denying my appeal.
