I know we are all disordered but please please be cautious with psych meds. They can literally CHANGE you to where you’re unrecognizable even to yourself. It often sneaks up before you realize it. It can have lasting mental effects and the risks just aren’t worth it :/

Yes😳🥲 I’d say we have pretty diverse bodies all around though… I feel like our “skinny” is rly average, I’m BMI 21 and my relatives say I look sick and wayy too thin. But most of the older people are bigger, easy to gain weight when everything has butter 😭😭

Definitely slow down a bit… urine should be a pale yellow color. Too much water can cause fluid overload, which causes strain on your heart and kidneys, it can also cause you to retain water! Only saying this because I’m a nurse!!
