Yes, and Russia can CLEARLY invade as they wish. Just like the USA invaded NUMEROUS nations who “Posed a threat”. You do know how France and England became involved in WW2, right??? They had told Germany to not do something. Germany didn’t it anyway and England and France declared war. This is generally how wars start.
