I was opportuned to speak with an elderly Yoruba man who had spent most of his life in Lagos. We discussed Lagos under Tinubu, and i got a lot of eye-openers. He said during Tinubu's time, agberos basically ruled Lagos, the streets were rough with crime and everywhere was dirty.
