@plebcapital We pay about $4k a year accounting for our SMSF, which has a bare trust for lending on a commercial property. Plus some alternative (VC type fund) investments, as well as standard stocks/cash. For bog standard, would expect cheaper!

Fun few days of hackers/fraudsters/scammers/whatever trying on stolen credit cards and attempting to send spam SMS on a SaaS product we run. We keep adding more in place to stop them, and they keep trying.... how long until they give up? Few extra spots we added Cloudflare Turnstile in, and now manually vet new SMS senders (rather than semi-automated), so there is no chance of SMS spam. Will see if they can find a new angle, but hopefully they get a real job.

Looks like @Booposco are solely a M&A advisory now and no longer providing revenue based financing. We managed to acquire a great business using Boopos financing, so a bit sad that they are no longer lending. With the size of the deal, it was not possible to acquire without financing, and no local banks would lend. We're plowing through the loan repayments and are definitely grateful that it was possible to get the deal close using Boopos. August 2024 shows them providing finance, with September 2024 switching to advisory only. Wonder why the change? Hard to get capital? Investor appetite? Performance of loans? Someone going to step in and help out in this space. We couldn't find any other options.
