🚨🚨🚨 INTRO POST ALERT 🚨🚨🚨 Since we crossed over the 300 follower mark, we wanted to give you a look behind the Twitter/X account Mason and I have been best friends since we were 6 years old. DFW born and raised. We had always talked about starting a business together. Our first two ideas are equal parts hilarious and terrible: - A fantasy football draft experience company - A DJ Collective called "Crowd Go Crazy" or "CGC" Eventually, we stopped talking about our own business until I got furloughed during the pandemic from my tech sales job. Mason was currently working as a STNL listing broker for a boutique brokerage shop in Dallas. After many discussions, we both realized it was now or never to start our own business. Thus Frasier Cole Real Estate was born. The two managing partners were Mason Frasier Reiter and Logan Cole Meyers. My fiance came up with the name but said Cole Frasier sounded like the top high school quarterback recruit so we went with Frasier Cole. We were extremely lucky to be close family friends with a legendary real estate family in DFW. These two brothers have their fingerprints on all of the coolest neighborhoods in Dallas. They agreed to hang our license and mentor us. Without them, our growth would not have been possible. Since our inception on April 1st, 2021: - We have closed 10 deals for over $50m in transactions across retail, MF development, and industrial. - We have made roughly 250,000,000,000 cold calls - Made some incredible relationships with some of the sharpest real estate minds in DFW We try to do everything off-market with some sort of value-add component. We prioritize relationships, hustle, and integrity above all else. To sum it all up - we are dirt dogs. We want to find you deals, learn, and eventually build our own portfolio of properties. We are always available to talk CRE, crazy business ideas, hustle, Longhorn football, and anything else.

I just learned about a 28,000 SF land site in DFW that sold for $330/SF for Townhomes? How do you build townhomes on that land basis when rent is probably $2.50/sf?

@KlausJon No for lease sign, no POC, no property manager. Tenants send the rent to a PO box and don't have a contact number. If they have a dispute, they send a letter to the PO box and get a phone call from the guy's assistant who apparently isn't the same person every time
