One of our Year 11 students visited the Jurassic Coast over the Christmas Holidays and had been inspired from his GCSE Geography teacher around erosion/deposition processes on the Coasts, he was able to take some of these brilliant photo's of what he experienced.

Our Year 9 Drama students participated working with a professional ‘stunt man’ and stage combat trainer who works for Netflix and other movie franchises – it was a great day with amazing team work from our students and really helped to build their confidence and skill set!

During this term our year 7's took part in a drama workshop, it was delivered by an ex Parrs Wood student and a student from Birmingham University, it focused on how the students can use Drama as a tool to communicate and express their ideas and sense of identity.

Preparations are well underway for the Parrs Wood pupils' Christmas dinner tomorrow! The Turkey has been roasted, the carrots glazed with honey and the roasties are the perfect combination of crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle! The students are in for a real treat! 🎄
