Scope issues revolve around three problems: - Project scope - Team scope - Task scope Excessive ambiguity and lack of intent for any of these three? Major problem. Its not fatal for the last two. But bad project scope is extremely fatal.

They also can be traps. To lure your faction into a situation that kills their political power. Or worse. Directed at you to isolate you from your own faction.

I cannot tell you enough how much the techbros are melting down right now. While the lobbyists are panicking over the tariffs. Its bonfire night right now.

@CantonCustoms Being a mercenary is the best way to think now. Better yet, being a leader of mercenaries. I have a habit of hiring my old reports. Helps create a new power base...who know you'll take care of them.

@DarthPlagueisNL Personally, I'm sick of the gaslighting. Given what I've seen these ppl do say with a bit of alcohol.

I've learned this as I've worked with them. Some of them we're (and still are) brilliant ppl. But times have changed faster than they can adapt. Some still have shell shock since 2008. You should think about this working with them.
