A new @biorxivpreprint on the mitotic stopwatch and its implications for cancer by our former postdoc @Meitinger has just been published. Check it out here:
Our manuscript "Control of cell proliferation by memories of mitosis" is online. We show how cells can measure and memorize the duration of mitosis to monitor the quality of cell division, which has implications for cancer development and treatment.
