People don't realise how much longevity Yuzuru has had. The only figure skaters still competing who medaled at Junior Worlds from 2000-2010 are Michal Brezina (2009, silver) and Yuzuru Hanyu (2010, gold).
others have said it before but the fact that yuzu has maintained being amongst the top 3 men in the world if not the top man in this sport since at least 2013 is actually ridiculous… the longevity he’s had is almost unprecendted and i don’t think he gets enough credit for it.
