The call for proposals with in a single day by @OfficialINDIAai to take a pledge for developing Bharat’s own LLM was a remarkable step toward true technological independence. However, I am deeply surprised today. Despite such strong preparations and a visionary roadmap, why is there a push for collaboration with @OpenAI ? Do we want Bharat Mata to once again be dominated by global tech players? Are we inviting external control over our technological future when we have the capability to build and lead? History reminds us how the East India Company came under the guise of trade, manipulated our systems, and took away our freedom. We must not let history repeat itself in the realm of technology. I urge you to be cautious. We have the talent, vision, and potential to make Bharat a Vishwaguru in AI and technology, aligning with the vision of our Hon’ble Prime Minister @narendramodi ji. I commit to this mission—I will challenge and surpass these global platforms with a truly Bharatiya LLM, ensuring that our nation remains independent, strong, and self-reliant in AI.
