I think this is why a show like Abbott Elementary w/ 22 eps has been such a breath of fresh air. You get so much time to really flesh things out & allow characters & relationships to grow, & the show is the better for it.
Also everyone should be watching Abbott Elementary
tv shows going from 22-25 episodes to 18 to 13 to 10 to 8 episodes was the worst thing to happen to television industry. i’m begging y’all to bring back REAL tv shows that ran almost all year long and had well developed storylines, characters, friendships and romance.
