Who is supposed to actually make sure this stuff is being implemented? @HHSGov @FBI @OIGatHHS ? How are we not 100% making sure these children and not being trafficked/abused/missing? I'm barely digging into the OIG reports and it's everywhere. Making people watch webinars is not going to fix this! What agency needs to be activated for this? @DHSgov @DHSBlueCampaign ? The language in all these reports of states failing to do their jobs is essentially a slap on the wrist and 'encouragement' to do better. How is this not being treated more seriously? "Encourage the State to evaluate the value of adding as assessment of risk..." Encourage? Missing children and trafficked children shouldn't be solved by having people do webinars, read pamphlets and get told to go on their way.
