@woketopiansa @grady679 @NathanpmYoung Property tax is assessed independently of your purchase brah. It’s done independently by the county assessor and it is done by using a generalized model. It’s not related to the transaction of each property.

I think for tax purposes, you can only really go by what the transaction amount was not by what somebody offered. It’s not an auction so you don’t have to honor higher offer. When you sell your house, you can choose your buyer, even if they offer slightly lower, but you think that the transaction will be more successful and for assessment purposes it’s based on actual sales data.

@jackfriks Look up how to make a PWA. The browser has persistent storage. I’m working on an application prototype that does exactly this and there is no backend. Just don’t clear your cache! But one paid/premium feature to offer would be the ability to backup user data to the cloud.
