@ConjecTech @awnihannun I have a strong suspicion the chinese are lying about the quantity and quality of GPUs they are using for r1. In which case Nvidia might be violating export controls. Whether the chinese are telling the true or not its bad for Nvidia.

@cklaus1 This isn't as impressive as it sounds & not enough to pull off a real backdoor. 1 no network access to polling machines, 2 if you have access to any sql db you can add/remove votes, 3 even if machines don't have logs, firewalls do, and physical access would be caught on cameras.

@kryc_uk @spoofyroot Rust also does bounds check elimination. So you can do this optimization in the kernel. You just need to use a different language 😜.
