@baoteching huh I kinda misread this tweet for a second, and was like, yeah if all I need to do to unfold/evolve is just keep running incremental experiments, ALL my fears can be seen as "im scared to try a new recipe", which doesn't sound so bad! π€£

fascinating thread, with lots of rabbit holes this dimensionality (?) is what seems to be missing from @bryan_johnson's stack. there's a longing to see him integrate what's here into his project.
Dear TPOT interested in bio-electric hacking, consciousness, psychedelics, physics, neuroscience, and body energies / woo: I learned to heal myself of scoliosis, kyphosis, and a lifelong neurodegenerative condition by discovering to how to reprogram my body. For somatic programming, I humbly offer an ontology and a description of the interface from my own first person experience. π§΅

@arobinsontweets Love this, very exciting to see how all of this is coming together, slowly but surely. Interested in listening/reading more of what you have to say, both your direct experience and your articulation of the ideas around it. π

@ganjamarchindia Yep
@nowtheo What is wanted through me? A question becoming possible to feel into as mental questions are exhausted.

@sonikudzu @heynibras we kinda made a category error. we saw dangerous, disruptive and destructive behavior and categorised it as "anger", but it was actually some kind of "shame", which was constricting the anger and leading to violent actions/outbursts. unconstricted anger is steady and clear.

@uberstuber yeah kinda! but i'm just discovering that the ultimate magic of core transformation is when I'm able to do it almost non-conceptually
I'm just coming back from a TWIM retreat where this truly landed for me and wow, there's now some kind of move available where I am able to recursively non-verbally soften around contractions in my bodymind, dropping into expansive energetic spaces. Feels like trust falling π«

we have these meta-resistances - like shame about crying - that act as load-bearing walls holding up entire structures of emotional avoidance. when you dissolve these peripheral blocks, whole domains of stuck emotion can suddenly become accessible and processable sometimes what feels like a core block is actually being held in place by something more subtle that you barely notice
