Only so many games you can lose before players start to lose faith in what you’re trying to do. I’m not sure persisting with a formation that clearly isn’t working with the players he has is the way to end season.

Are you ok? Not one but two managers with the same scenario. Gets paid an absolute fortune (no fault of his own) to stroll about, not giving 110% every training session/game and you think that’s dedication. There is some deluded ‘fans’ in this world.
The clubs treatment of him has been nothing short of a disgrace. Imagine treating a player that has dedicated 20 years of their life and is only a couple goals away from breaking into the clubs all time top 10 goalscorers like this.
