A Zelle spokesperson said โCustomers should refer to the bank if they are experiencing any issues.โ
The great merry go round of โitโs not our problem.โ
seeing lots of reports this morning that

As a former Bank of America manager, I was told to push people to use Zelle to get people out of the branch.
Then branch closes due to lack of clients.
Then Customer Service phone staff is reduced.
Then this happens.
Then they tell you "I'm Sorry" while your day is screwed.

I agonized over the prediction because I feel Liberty is the stronger team in a few ways but NM State has this momentum that is unquantifiable.

This rate they have up implies that you are putting 20% down. When you put 0 down, rates go up. When you have bad credit, rates go up.
Rates are going to be higher too but letโs use this 6% as a baseline.,. Iโd say 1-2% higher rates. Iโll give you the breakdown in another tweet
