Happy belated 1st birthday, Natural Habitat.
Missed our Eps birthday. I am so proud of these songs. I worked so hard not just physically but mentally to overcome starting over and believing in myself enough to (at least in the beginning) go it alone. So thankful to be here.

'Natural Habitat' is coming up on one year soon. Feeling a lot of self reflection on PoGo and its relationship to the rest of my life and past projects. A lot of processing in the songs I didn't even notice.
Bonus points if you knew the small LOTR reference but it's mostly about me preaching mental health and anti-suicide for years with my old band. All the while completely neglecting my own well-being. "Give em hope. The best I could. Keep none for myself"
