The tribes targeted then killed a number of the terrorists, with reports now that they took several as captives. The confrontations have been ongoing for a few days, including HTS artillery strikes on Lebanese towns and villages. Terrorists also tried to advance into Lebanese territory, but were quickly expelled by the border tribes.
