My doctor at the VA tried to get me to go vegan 2 years ago when I was in this situation…went the exact opposite direction and every blood marker improved significantly on top of dropping 112lbs of fat 😂😂

My father passed away 24 years ago today when I was 13.
Yet today, I’ve never been happier in my life. I have an amazing family, I know my mom & dad are looking down, proud of the man I’ve become.
I am so thankful to him for guiding me, even to this day.

Woke up with brain fog. I have been mentally broken down recently. Gotten my ass kicked professionally.
90 minutes of cardio and 90 minutes of weight lifting was what I needed today. Had to kick my own ass.

My daughters (5 & 22 month) have never seen my face without facial hair. I’ve worn a beard for years to cover up my expanding facial features.
As of today I’m down 91lbs. When I’ve lost 100lbs, I’m going to be clean shaven. They deserve it!!

After 9 months doing carnivore & animal based, I can honestly say I feel in complete control. I can have a treat ice cream and birthday cake with my kids and not go nuts and be right back to carnivore next meal.

My 6 year old has a swimming day today at school (once a month, twice if all reading logs completed in the class)
Getting kids comfortable around water, learning safe swimming and learning to swim are critical for development.
I feel blessed that my kids have an awesome school

I love hard boiled eggs - eat 3 or 4 per day most days
Problem though is they’re never filling to me, just enjoyable.
With that said - a dozen egg whites is less calories than 4 whole eggs, and very filling!!
Can’t remember the last time I was unable to finish my lunch 😂😂
