Last night I couldn’t sleep so I came on here. Fear of war everywhere. At about two my one year old woke up and I started to think that we should all pack up and go to Selny, wait like Kyle to see if the storm is just a storm or something more.

At first it was called Goldy then The Scapegoat’s Song then The Wake then The Scriven Ash and back to Goldy. Feels right it should be called Goldy as she’s the core of the novel - a little kid trapped by the stupid choices of adults and powers she can’t understand.
