@StephenM Hey dweeb, that's the Judiciary, you know one of the 3 CO-EQUAL branches of government. If you don't like it there is a process to challenge it which is appealing it up to the Supreme Court. Do your fucking job and avail yourself of the legal process laid out by the founders.
