My parents were fairly strict. Very limited TV, no friends, and no leaving our yard on Sunday. We (5 siblings) learned to dread the Sabbath. While I am no longer a believer, my thoughts would be to make sure as parents that people help their young kids with activities that they consider appropriate. We were just thrown to the boredom wolves. This was the 70s. On Sunday we could watch Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom and anything Disney. VCRs weren't available to us yet. No Superbowl for sure.

Totally with you. I love our ward. Bishops have been incredibly respectful. It took several years for everything to drop off. But now after 4 good years they just assigned me a home teacher again. Truth can be proved out for all to see. "Most won't read it"--- I've likely read the BOM more times than you have. There is no proof that it's true. You can read it and choose to believe, or choose not to believe. "Feeling good" about something doesn't make it true. There's no question you can use the contents as you please. Kudos to you if you use them to make yourself a better person.

Hypothetical that Cox fell short. Their audit used a SAMPLE and took place after the vote. Imagine trying to change the score on a football game 3 weeks after it took place by reviewing the tape and pointing out a missed holding call. Stupid right? Oh my hell. No they didn't. Both audits took SAMPLES. The SAMPLES indicated a possibility that the DCC should have told Cox he needed more signatures instead of giving him the go ahead. HOWEVER COX WON THE PRIMARY. PROOF POSITIVE THAT HE HAD THE NECESSARY SUPPORT TO WARRANT A PRIMARY.

Lol. No. Your boy lost plain and simple. If you had half a brain you'd ask Phil what he found when he audited all of the signatures he was given access to. (60%). The signatures he wasn't given access to were audited 2x by independent 3rd parties who BOTH said Cox met the requirement. But keep hiding behind your Lyman-ignorance I guess.

@IronTiger42 @Jensen_Utah People can only be on a ballot if they demonstrate support with enough signatures. Real Republicans signing real petitions. We the People are allowed to vote. Your guy not winning isn't a conspiracy. He lost like everybody that's ever lost - the other guy got more votes.
