@TimSweeneyEpic This reads like a pitch to a bunch of clueless CEOs The future of 3D is small teams running software that isn't bloated to all hell. What you describe is more of the some overcomplex trash with buzzwords thrown in to confuse ppl... As if switching to C# will do anything good.

@AMAZlNGNATURE what a remarkably patient ray. This guy is lucky he didn't get killed. Rays' tails can be deadly if they get you in a major artery.

@MilaLovesJoe I wonder how much of this is due to old systems and incompetence. Bank systems, for instance, still run on the same FORTRAN and COBOL code from 60 years ago, bloated and stretched into an unrecognizable form. Maybe SS is the same. Probably just crooks tho ๐ฎโ๐จ

@ytartschool I'm surprised you followed through with the finished illustration after what you... eh, "learned" from the comments on the sketch

@DCMakinArt @flumiel Blender is tops! I think you have a much easier time learning Maya as a Blender artist than the other way around. Honestly there is no good reason to use Maya anymore outside of employment... but that is a really, really good reason.

So the next tutorial will NOT be the cool mech... It ended up being a very feature-rich rig. Too ambitious for a quick video! So I'll be demonstrating DRIVERS and SHAPE KEYS next, and how #Mantis makes the process much, much easier! Stay tuned!

@MlhMid @MarioNawfal There is a route: constitutional amendment by State legislatures. You'd need to get a plurality of state level congressmen/senators in 30-something states to agree to it, though.

@RamboVanHalen There have been times in my life when a period of 8 hours was more creatively productive than weeks of "normal mode". Like the many times I sat down with my guitar at 12:30 AM and wrote a great song, fell asleep at 5. Unsustainable, obviously, but that's "real inspiration".

@AaronWad3 @retro_twt Well, I'll check out Stand Alone Complex... although I wouldn't call Ergo Proxy "Cyberpunk". Just SciFi. It's like a weird esoteric WALL-E.
