1/14 Victim's of the #LoanCharge scandal may want to share this thread, with facts & evidence, to their MPs before the Loan Charge back bench debate on 18th Jan. Please get your MP to attend & ask them to speak up on your behalf. It is truly shocking how we have been treated.

Makes you wonder why #HMRC have never looked into why 100s of thousands of honest, hard-working people who would not have previously have dreamed of getting involved with tax avoidance, or would have actively sought out schemes ended up on these arrangements. #LoanChargeScandal
Putting these unscrupulous companies on the 'naughty step' and allowing the individual promoters / directors to run away with the loot is clearly not working. Meanwhile, @HMRCgovuk continue to destroy the promoters victims "low hanging fruit" #LoanChargeScandal
