@HaotianGuo_qb There are definitely a lot more variables that could be explored (different library types, coverage, culture volume, colony density). I'd love to see any data anyone has on this topic, especially conflicting results

@nevillesanjana I didn't test larger volumes, but it would only take ~5 more generations to get from 10 mL to maxiprep volume so I imagine the result wouldn't change much. This liquid vs plate comparison with maxipreps shows similar results:
