It seems the new direction with the models has been controversial. I'm sorry to hear it, but I want to create my own vision. However, my idea was to start the animatronics normal, and slowly have them deteriorate as the game goes. Or maybe replace the fallen with these.

No more phantom eye texture! Making this one procedurally, so will probably be adding more settings/tweaks to is as I go. On a side note I've been trying my hand at sound design and I managed to make something that sounds like breathing, hope it's audible this time :P

A common complaint I'm seeing is people being confused about how to recharge the flashlight. To do this, find a fuse, and when you open the fuse box click on the flashlight (it's next to the main power).

The cool thing is that the "trails" take the color of the surface they spawn from, so it gives this "dissolve" effect (better visible with this model, esp around the bowtie)

Here is a little test to see if I can get the Ignited material to have more interesting damage. This is done by painting an opacity mask (and a burn layer around it) . This is pretty cheap, but unfortunately lacks real depth. The material you see here isn't final!
