@r_bartholomeus @waterschappen @EenVandaag @DirkSiert Eigenlijk hebben we het dus over 2.5% in een normaal jaar als we alleen de echte onttrekkingen meenemen, die 70 en 20% zijn inderdaad gewoon normale cyclus. Sowieso best een aanzienlijke onttrekking als je het vergelijkt met landbouw en industrie

Zo laag als nu staat de #Rijn normaal maar 1 keer per 20 jaar. Toch zagen we dit ook in 2018 en 2023 al. Een uitzonderlijke situatie die helaas steeds vaker voorkomt. De problemen met #droogte zijn wel minder door de lage #verdamping, die zorgt voor een lagere watervraag.

Was really nice to join @SpraakmakersOp1 to talk about the water challenges of the future. There is not enough (and sufficient quality) water for everybody all the time. Sometimes we have to make choices for a sustainable water system.
