european spelling is legit objectively better for this game btw
the extra "U" allows all 7 main wisp colours to be shown in the logo, rather than yacker's white being absent in the other spelling
one difference between the epic games version and the steam version is that the epic games version has the european spelling for those in europe, but steam doesn't damn it

if you ever took any issue with the original design, then you understand that an adaptation *can* go too far in changing the source material
that's crump's argument here, those same issues are still very much present within movie sonic, it's simply internal now
the idea of sonic being a dumb goofy obnoxious inexperienced alien kid who has to learn responsibility from his adoptive human dad is such a deeply, deeply idiotic interpretation of his character
