Our obsession with #Omega3 is not only killing #whales but with the equivalent daily diet of #krill for around 150 humpback #whales regularly removed every day, their prey is also being depleted. How can anyone claim this to be a #sustainable fishery? 😔🐳

A new study shows that >80% of EU #MPAs are 'ineffective', leaving them far from reaching their 2030 #biodiversity targets. I'd be surprised if #Scotland fared any better, as most MPAs have no management plans nor protection mechanisms in place! 🐬😢🐳😠🐟
