@TheAA_UK how is this acceptable for a paid service. 1933 original call 27/12/23 still waiting with postponed eta’s, the latest now being 0125 28/12/23. Now no option for use of public transport to get home. Been waiting to speak to an operator for 15 minutes no answer!
