@tucor21 I'm genuinely wondering. He'd run out of time to be fully vaccinated by then (two doses, plus time to respond). Maybe he wasn't planning to come. I'm not interested in piling on, but interested that the question doesn't seem to have been asked.

@CognitiveVerb @pauline_party @RonniSalt @jennifer_philp How much do I wish I was sitting back on my own island collecting bubble-gum card royalties (and mug royalties and mousepad royalties, etc)? There was a tie-in CD with the movie, but sadly lowish box office meant merch went under-exploited.

@ccl_george Either mRNA vax should be ideal to add to AZx2. They both produce a big antibody boost, and the studies I've read don't show a significant difference in terms of side effects. I got Pfizer today.

Unless the virus has agreed not to target workplaces, etc, the new close-contact definition is surely just a BS definition-of-convenience from governments that are floundering and are hoping like hell that omicron really does turn out to be mild ...
