@CmonMattTHINK Jumping in with no context! Here's what I get: a. Because you want to get your maximum height. b. Diagram 1, it's straight up and down. What they use at the doctor's office looks more like it. c. I start from my feet (no shoes) and go to the top of my head (hair doesnt count)

Today I learned that the opposite of up-side down is down-side down Down-side up is actually the same as up-side down
