If they already work, then they shouldn’t have any trouble meeting the work requirement!
A work requirement for Medicaid imagines a world where low-income people get jobs with health benefits. Those are not the kinds of jobs many people eligible for Medicaid have access to. Also, most adults on Medicaid do already work.
