I spent more than 2 years trying to get a divorce from my ex and more than a year trying to get it from the court! In one seating he had the audacity to ask the court if I even had the right to be granted a divorce. It was one of the most traumatic experiences I’ve lived through.
After I struggled for a whole year getting my divorce from the Kadhi's Court because my ex simply refused to give it to me out of spite, yet he moved on got married and lived his life.
