Today we continued to talk about it. I tried to catch all the terms that we have at the moment. But @0x113d's thoughts go beyond this frame. I need to think a little bit to show this somehow.

A few days ago there was an interesting discussion about the name of blockchain-native movement. It was on the Mathcastles server. @lukeweaver_eth set the tone, but we still haven't reached a consensus.

11. This project is dedicated to the @ascribeIO / @trentmc0 team and their visionary work that laid the foundation for blockchain art. I wrote about their influence in my essay from Tweet 8. Without them, my art would not be possible.

Take a look at this, @0xdaimos has created his own lab of ten PI algorithms and watches them paint new pictures ๐งโ๐จ

Thought about yesterday's chat, and also returned to some of @ChainLeftist's ideas. I like his suggestion of moving from a technical framework to a conceptual one. As well as his emphasis on dynamism. It feels like a deeper look.

@quantize_d @mathcastles @ChainLeftist @remnynt @0xShiroi @figure31_ @kimasendorf @generativelight @crashblossom1 @simondlr @intartNFT thank you! a really great list, everyone here is an innovator in some way. trying to be on par with these guys ๐ฉโ๐จ.

@OnChainPal @nftnow That would be great if they noticed it! Hey guys, what you see above is created by a virtual blockchain algorithm that simulates the process of my creating analog paintings. You can create them endlessly, but each process takes 7 days ๐งโ๐จ.

@sammybauch @speedtracergame It's great to read about it! I understand how your thing works, but I really like reading about it and thinking about your concept at the same time. Do you know about pushers server?.

@jesusdoteth @quantize_d @prrfbeauty It's a really cool thing and I'm surprised by the release date. Every time it seems to me that I am deep enough in blockchain art, I find out about something like this ๐.

@quantize_d @mathcastles @ChainLeftist @remnynt @0xShiroi @figure31_ @kimasendorf @generativelight @crashblossom1 @simondlr @intartNFT I'm happy to see what you, 113 or chainleft have been saying about it lately. We can probably also make a list of communities for enthusiasts like us. Terraforms, Pushers, someone else. Can I write about Haven?.

@quantize_d @mathcastles @ChainLeftist @remnynt @0xShiroi @figure31_ @kimasendorf @generativelight @crashblossom1 @simondlr @intartNFT Perhaps some of you will be able to think about this more carefully. I can be too active and enthusiastic, but a topic like this needs to be considered with a sober mind. But I'm ready to help in any case.

@artblocks_io @p5xjs This is a great update, perhaps one of the main ones for blockchain enthusiasts! I do not know for sure, but maybe EthFS has something to do with this too? I read about it last year on @intartNFT and @frolic's pages ๐ฉโ๐จ.

@quantize_d @mathcastles @ChainLeftist @remnynt @0xShiroi @figure31_ @kimasendorf @generativelight @crashblossom1 @simondlr @intartNFT Your post makes me think of blockchain-native art as a new niche in this space. Yes, many of us have been working on this for a long time. But it seems to me that people have only recently begun to understand this as something unique.

@pravijn @lukeweaver_eth It's a really good one, but it's great as a description. I think we also need a term for this ๐.

@SteveMiller_PHX @trstn_eth @Hanrgb @mathcastles Blockchain native projects definitely need help like this ๐ "still trying to understand terraforms" problem seems to be related to all such projects haha There are not very many of us, but perhaps this is an important niche.

@jesusdoteth @quantize_d @prrfbeauty Is it something like gen art that is created based on hash? I haven't seen this before, but the idea is very interesting.

@osalchemist @0x113d my artistic thinking is more focused on feelings and their transmission. and I also know that many "artists" are gifted with the same way of seeing art. it is very difficult to connect with the way of thinking in programming. it's like a "different type of intelligence.".

@osalchemist @0x113d perhaps I have a crazy dream to combine this because I want to see broader experiments with different types of art in the blockchain medium. and I definitely bring it from my sensual perspective, that's where I came from as an artist.

@osalchemist @0x113d it seems to me dev mind and art mind have some differences, and it hardly replaces each other. maybe we are really moving towards something new, I am open to that too, but I keep coming back to this topic for some reason.

@osalchemist @0x113d being able to be in two "worlds" at the same time gives me a chance to see the difference between them. and I'm pretty sure that sensory thinking in art doesn't connect well with thinking, which is important to have in code. but both of them have incredible value for art.

@nf_suzanne @emilyxxie @_blockbird Great thread, thank you for your hard work! It seems like it took you a long time. Emily remains one of the best generative artists for me. I use a different approach, but her work definitely influenced me โฅ๏ธ.

@prrfbeauty @jesusdoteth @quantize_d Thanks for these details, friends! I understand roughly how it works and it looks very exciting. I also like your elegant concept! Did you create something else or are you still working on this thing? Seems I need to go to your discord ๐ฉโ๐จ.

@osalchemist @0x113d I totally agree with that idea. Blockchain as a medium is something completely different, artists need to discover it for themselves. Although this is not an easy task.

@parzivault @suno_ai_ I am even more impressed with this! ๐ I like that you combine different tools and at the same time have a vision for your projects. And you are also good at showing the creative possibilities at the junction of these tools. Have you tried to create art before?.

@osalchemist @0x113d *I'm not the only one trying to talk about this, btw. It's just a rhetorical figure. But I just wanted to point out that there is a process going on, and I'm wondering how much we still have to go through and what we should focus on.

@SteveMiller_PHX @trstn_eth @Hanrgb @mathcastles any lists seem trivial, but perhaps this one was the first for blockchain-native artists. although you've probably tried to research it too <3.
artists that have been playing with the EVM in interesting ways lately. all good follows. @mathcastles of course, @ChainLeftist, @remnynt, @0xShiroi, @figure31_, @newproportio, @kimasendorf, @generativelight, @crashblossom1, @simondlr, @intartNFT.

@osalchemist @0x113d I tried to talk about it in 2021, but I was bad as a dev at that time. Then 113 started doing it. It seems that it was in 2022 and it was a significant step forward. Is there any idea where we are now? โ๏ธ.

@bowse_eth @LisandraTr29563 @MattKaneArtist I think analog and digital art are two different concepts. I work with both, so I can roughly feel the difference. Digital art has not yet been comprehended as an entity, it requires theoretical and practical understanding.

@osalchemist @0x113d well, I'm trying to think about it for those artists who have a harder time doing it. I see it as an unrealized potential or something.

@osalchemist @0x113d I will be able to bridge this gap thanks to some hacks, but I don't know how to think like a programmer fully. this may surprise some, but I see the code intuitively and my type of thinking is poorly focused on these tasks. so I'm still slow at it.

@osalchemist @0x113d sure, I didn't really think about it in this context, but now I thought it looked like this ๐ but seems I'm thinking about some deeper thing that doesn't concern traditional or digital approaches. I'll try to describe it, just a min.
