@starryboness i miss choosing food based on what i want to eat instead of whats safe for me to eat, i miss not understanding calories, i miss not freaking out when there’s a social event coming up, i miss trying out new restaurants, i miss being able to fully enjoy my food.

why tf do some ppl got mad over my tweets and even called me dumb?? mind you i’ve tried 600 cal, 1.2k, 1.7k, 2k- and im only losing weight healthily without feeling like shit at 1.2k-1.5k cal intake. like im sorry if im not a dietician and only tweeting from experience???.
“1.2k cal intake is too low its equivalent to a toddler’s”. BITCH NOT WHEN YOU’RE SHORT AND UNDER 50KG.

@vanillavelvetz SAME. but my point is that it wasnt easy for me either. like at first i can only do 20mins with 5 incline and i actually had to push thru and challenge myself to be where i am now. so it pmo when ppl say they dont do it bc they dont like it, then they wonder why they’re still fat.
