@talia_einhorn אפשר דוגמא למדיניות חקירות שאין לה השלכות על חקירה מסוימת? דמוקרטיה זה מבנה שכולל *גם* את מערכת הצדק ולא רק. לבודד מרכיב אחד חוטא לפרשנות. על כן - האם בדמוקרטיות מערביות יש אח ורע למבנה הכנסת-ממשלה, (היעדר) החוקה ותהליכי החקיקה בישראל? האם הכל זהה מלבד בגץ?
