@ctmclaugh @Abdulla29861225 @juncs6705 To be fair the same engagement bait algorithm is why the world thinks Arsenal fans are cringe because of a select few Berks on here.

@GoalNews Yet, when Arsenal did 'take it', they were soft. Nah, this is clickbait to pander to the twitter zeitgeist, you can't actually believe this horseshit. If you call Haaland's behaviour petulant, where's the article damning him?

@PartedBeard So, doesn't this prove the point Arsenal fans (well, most sensible ones) have been saying? Refereeing standards are so bad and inconsistent something needs to change. Forget the conspiracy 'anti-Arsenal' nonsense, this is systemic - refereeing standards are piss poor.

@bxmpyj Its really not worth the energy. It's all engagement and shits and giggles, there's no real intent to have real conversations about football on Twitter.

@saint_enocha @InsideHalfSpace When Declan Rice actually cannot win another trophy in his career.

@jontythesailor @ihSportify @TalkCPFC Unnamed Footballer, 31, aside as I tend not to comment on unresolved legal matters, pre-wenger they were a team of addicts and drunks. Now they are not. Is that not the very definition of being progressive?

@ihSportify @TalkCPFC Careful mate, talking sense on Twitter doesn't usually come with any benefits.

@AmorimEra_ @GranNegus Well, yes, yes it is. It's essentially the same as a typical super cup. Whilst it's not prestigious at all, it's still a competitive match in the eyes of the FA and is the very definition of a trophy. Just a shit one.

@AmorimEra_ Tell me you don't understand football without actually telling me. But hey, plastic fans are only going to go where the success is. Real fans are in it for the long term and support their team. Sorry you've had poor managers.

@ben_bowman_ Nah...seriously stretching there. Looks like Arsenal took the defeat? Fans haven't thrown the toys out of the pram either. Y'all ok?

@lfcnrj @TheEuropeanLad Not sure you saw the game then? The players certainly didn't celebrate the win "after the Man City game" like they "won UCL and PL". Individual goal celebrations aside, was a normal day in the office. You should probably have watched the match.

@scoutingindoors Yep - its fine lol. Arteta only mentioned the ball as he was asked but its an absurd enough thing to warrant this, and Gordon's comments are fair game. Its funny, the City fans are going over the top on this more than Newcastle fans.
