A Boston skating club confirmed Gold Medalist Yevgeniya Shishkova, 52, and Vadim Naumov, 55, were victims from the plane crash. The two won gold in pair skating at the World Skating Championship in Japan in 1994. Participated in the 1992 and 1994 Winter Olympics. Trump issued a temporary hold on the Refuge program signed into law by President Jimmy Carter in 1980. According to the executive order it says the Secretary of State has 90 days submit a report to to president Trump to show if the program “would be in the interests of the United States.” In 90 days the Trump administrations could come back and extend the halt.
