"M&S said that it would be one of the first retailers to introduce six weeks' paternity leave at full pay. The supermarket added it was "almost doubling" maternity and adoption leave to 26 weeks - also at full pay - which it said equated to a £5m investment annually."

We’ve just had a win at a massive UK company with more than 70,000 employees (this news isn’t public yet, so the name is redacted) - after a worker-led campaign, they're increasing their maternity pay from 14 weeks full pay to 26 weeks full pay 🔥

Organise's first investors came via this accelerator - would thoroughly recommend. Please DM if you've got any questions about our experience.

This letter isn't just about OpenAI. It's a wake-up call. For too long, decisions that affect thousands have been made by a select few. Collective action forces a dialogue that can reshape company policies and industry standards. This is the future we imagine for every worker.

🔥 JUST IN: Nearly the entire staff of OpenAI, around 95% or 738 out of 770 employees, have signed a letter threatening to exit and join a new venture under former CEO Sam Altman. The letter, released early this morning, per Wired.

"I am a junior level sound operator who has lost all my work, as so many US productions have shut down, resulting in demotions across the board. Should the UK government step in due to effects of the US SAG-AFTRA strikes on UK Film and TV crews?"

Inspiring to see Walmart workers discussing their conditions on Organise. Four new actions from Walmart workers in the last week. This user really gets what Organise is all about 😍
